After hard work and many trials we have achieved to find a 100% recycled plastic formula able to substitute the brand new plastic film used before, by a 100% recycled plastic film for the bags needed for the Pico made products.
This formula is able to fulfil all the requirements needed for quality and safety, offers enough transparency to the bag, and importantly allows the use of the fully automatic robotised bagging line we developed some years ago while using 100% recycled plastic, which then later, is 100% recyclable again.
Another contribution to environment for which we eliminate the creation of 5.500 kg of new materials plastic film per year. The new development will be put to use immediately.
